Avon Lake Schools’ Online Survey Module

Emerge recently worked with the Avon Lake City Schools to add an online survey module to their website. The survey module enables them to create unlimited surveys to illicit feedback from the community, parents, teachers and students.
A password protected administration section enables them to create new surveys and view results from existing surveys. When creating a survey, the administrator can create an unlimited number of questions. Each question can be an 1) open text box, 2) multiple choice, select one, 3) multiple choice, select all that apply or 4) rate on a scale of 1-5.
The password protected results screen shows the number of people who responded to each question of the survey and the number and percentage of each response. The administrator also has the option to isolate a response and see results only from people who answered a certain way on that question. For example, if a question asked if the respondent was a student or teacher, the administrator could then view all results from just students or just teachers.
