Lake Metroparks offers tickets online

Emerge works with Lake Metroparks to continually expand their website. Recently we develop an online ticketing system to provide patrons the ability to purchase special event tickets online. The online ticketing system is connected to the Emerge developed Reservation System.
Community members and staff visit the online reservation system and purchase the tickets. After tickets are purchased and printed at home by the patron or at the office by staff, the ticket is then scanned upon arrival for the event. The scanning program tracks if the ticket is valid and generates reports to track number of tickets sold versus number of attendees.
