Interactive Components are pre-built, web based software to enhance your new or existing web site. Emerge’s Interactive Components make it easy for anyone with basic administrative skills to add dynamic content, resulting in a more effective web site. The Staff Directory Interactive Component lets you create and maintain an on-line staff directory complete with the names, titles, contact information, biographies and pictures for all of your staff members. The Staff Directory can be set-up for the public to view or password protected for inner office use only.
A summary page shows the names and titles of all staff members Selecting a staff member’s name takes visitors to a staff members page that can include titles, contact information (including e-mail link), biographical information and picture Site administrator has complete control to update staff members whenever things change Staff Directory can be public for all visitors to see or password protected for inner office use only Staff Directory can be exported to make a print directory Staff Directory can be linked to Opt-in E-mail Interactive Component to allow the site administrator to send a group e-mail to all staff members
