After more than six decades of building homes and communities across Northern Ohio, Kopf Builders has launched a redesigned website aimed at making it easier for prospective homeowners to explore communities, compare home options, and learn about the company’s long-standing commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Founded in 1965, Kopf Builders has spent generations developing neighborhoods throughout the region. As both a builder and developer, the company maintains control over every aspect of the process, from community planning to home design. The new website was designed to better reflect that legacy while providing a modern experience for today’s homebuyers.
The Challenge
The previous website contained valuable information about Kopf Builders’ communities and homes, but like many long-running websites, it had evolved over time. As mobile usage continues to grow and homebuyers increasingly begin their search online, the company wanted a website that made it easier to find information quickly regardless of device.

What We Built
Working closely with the Kopf Builders team, Emerge designed and developed a new WordPress website centered around the homebuying journey.
The site features large-format photography, streamlined navigation, and full-screen content sections that help guide visitors through the company’s communities and offerings. Visitors can explore neighborhoods, learn about available home styles, review pricing information, and discover what makes each community unique.
Built on WordPress, the new website gives the Kopf Builders team the flexibility to manage content internally as communities evolve, homes become available, and information changes over time.
