Digital Marketing Specialist

Emerge Inc. is seeking a smart, creative and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will use digital marketing tools to create awareness, stimulate interest and drive customer conversion for internal and client product and service offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage awareness campaigns
• Plan, execute, experiment and report on campaigns and marketing activities to acquire new clients
• Craft and deliver innovative digital marketing campaigns via relevant channels, including but not limited to web, email, paid search, SEO, organic and paid social media, traditional marketing and virtual and in-person client meetings
• Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
• Interpret and communicate results of campaign performance with regular presentations on findings to the team
• Present product and service offerings to potential clients

• Possess at least 2 years of B2B or B2G digital marketing experience in an agency, SaaS or other entrepreneurial/startup fast paced environment
• Keeps current with marketing trends, developments, and practices by participating in continuing education, professional organizations, and seminars; reading current literature; and maintaining professional contacts in the community

Work Location

• Primarily in-office in Avon Lake, Ohio to collaborate with the team. Option for occasional work from home
