We partner with Ohio’s college internship program to bring on students each year across business, marketing, and development. These are working roles — not shadowing positions. You will contribute to live projects and leave with work you can show.
You will research target audiences, support outreach to potential partners, and help test whether new digital products are a good fit for new markets. We run an internal program to validate ideas before we build — you will be part of that process.
You will help plan and execute marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media — then measure what actually works. This includes content creation, SEO support, and running small experiments to test different messages and audiences.
You will work alongside our development team to build, test, and ship features for real platforms. This includes writing and debugging code, documenting what you build, and learning how product development works from idea to launch.
You will build and enhance WordPress websites for internal projects and real clients. Work includes theme and layout customization, responsive design, troubleshooting, and basic SEO and UX improvements.
