Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Emerge team.

Position Overview

We are looking for experienced digital marketing specialist to tell the story of Emerge and Emerge Clients. We are interested in an innovative individual who is comfortable creating digital marketing plans, executing them, adjusting based on real data and mentoring Digital Marketing Interns.

Position Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be someone who:

• Has the ability to create effective strategies for both small and medium sized budgets.
• Understands the value of social media conversations over broadcast messages.
• Can read Google Analytics and make adjusts quickly based on real data.
• Can effectively convey a message in a snap, in under 140 characters, in a blog post, in a white paper and in a video.
• Can choose photos that have emotional appeal.
• Can manage Facebook, LinkedIn and Google advertising campaigns.
• Can meet with clients and potential clients, build a relationship and discover their needs.
• Can learn from and share with other team members.
• Isn’t afraid to experiment on the next exciting marketing channel, even if it might not work.

Position Responsibilities

• Discover clients (internal & external) vision, needs, goals, objectives and measures of success
• Develop innovative, effective and measurable digital marketing plans
• Execute and lead other in the execution of the marketing plan
• Measure the effectiveness of the plan and make adjustments and improvements
